No Refund Policy
All payments made to LS Trading for subscription plans are strictly non-refundable. This policy applies to all plans (Monthly and Yearly) without exceptions.
Details
- No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions of a subscription period.
- Cancellation stops future renewal but does not entitle you to a refund of amounts already paid.
- In the event of a technical outage exceeding 72 consecutive hours, a pro-rated credit (not cash refund) may be considered at our sole discretion.
- Fraudulent charges should be disputed directly with your payment provider (Stripe).
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.
