LS Trading provides a trading assistant platform for monitoring assets, generating rule-based signals, and optionally executing trades. This service does not constitute financial advice.

2. Subscription & Billing

Access requires an active subscription:

• Monthly plan: €100/month
• Yearly plan: €1,100/year

NO REFUND POLICY: All subscription payments are non-refundable. By subscribing, you agree that no refunds will be issued for any reason, including cancellation before the end of a billing period.

3. Auto Trading Risks

Enabling automated trading means the platform may execute orders on your behalf. You accept full responsibility for all resulting trades. LS Trading is not liable for any losses resulting from automated execution.

4. Limitation of Liability

LS Trading and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to trading losses.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this platform for any unlawful purpose, including market manipulation, unauthorized access, or violating any applicable financial regulations.

6. Disclaimer

All signals and analysis are for informational purposes only. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Trading involves risk including the total loss of capital.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through competent courts.
